Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have no criminal record and good character
- Pass government due diligence checks (not denied to a visa to a country with a visa free access to St Kitts and Nevis
- Make an approved investment
- Show proof of legal source of funds (not been declared bankrupt within 10 years of applying)
