Investment Options
1. Combine a Government Contribution with a Property Purchase
● Minimum Donation: EURO 80,000 in addition to Property Purchase of a minimum of Euro 375,000 anywhere in the country, including areas of South Malta and Gozo
2. Make a Contribution of Maltese Government and Rent a property
● Contribute a minimum of EURO 110,000 to the Government of Malta. You must also rent a Maltese residential Property with an annual lease of at least EURO 14,000
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have no criminal record and good character
- Not a EU Citizen
- Have Health Insurance
Eligible dependents:
- Spouse
- Children under 18 years old living in the family home
- Children over 18 and fully dependent of the applicant
- Parents or Grandparents and are fully dependent of the applicant
